For 25 years, Peter has litigated in state and federal courts throughout the country representing individuals and businesses both as plaintiffs and defendants. He has garnered unique insights into litigation and dispute resolution through his diverse practice and experience, which includes rising to the level of senior partner at Cozen O’Connor, litigating nationwide class and collective actions at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, and prosecuting and defending a breadth of cases at well-respected regional firms. He has tried cases to verdict in six different states and has mediated and arbitrated numerous disputes in a variety of forums. Peter has served as a judge pro tempore for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas for 11 years conducting settlement conferences and leading parties to resolution. In his practice, he has successfully resolved hundreds of cases in a wide range of subject matter areas and has developed and refined creative and effective tools for settlement.

Tad is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney with a well-established record of success in a wide variety of subject matter areas. A former federal law clerk, Tad has represented individual, corporate and institutional clients — as both plaintiffs and defendants — in his practices at Squire Sanders & Dempsey (n/k/a Squire Patton Boggs), Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, (n/k/a Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller), Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, and most recently at LeVan Law Group LLC. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both the federal and state systems and has a thriving federal appellate practice. In addition to having successfully resolved hundreds of matters in his private practice, Tad has trained and served as a judge pro tempore and arbitrator with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas for more than a decade.
